L’italiano all’università 1 is the first of two volumes of Edilingua’s new course of Italian language and culture specifically aimed at university students in Italy and abroad. Each volume comprises the Student’s book with 12 teaching units, each one divided in sections, and the Workbook with 12 units and keys to the exercises.
At the end of each unit there is alternatively an assessment test on the linguistic and communicative skills or a self evaluation table with the corresponding solutions.

The course is supplemented by:
- An Audio CD, attached to the book, with the original oral texts and phonetic exercises.
- The Theacher’s guide (also available online) which presents an introduction on the structure and on the philosophy of the course and explains the aim of each activity, suggesting also a method of executions. It also includes the solution to the exercises of the Student’s book.
