Celebration of Book & Copyright day in Georgia

 

The Georgia Publishers and Booksellers Association is going to stream online on April 23, program of their World Book & Copyright Day, which has been annually celebrated by different cultural associations and events in the world.

The state of Georgia celebrates the World Book & Copyright Day through a 24 hours book fair, which gathers participants from different Publishing Houses, Distribution Companies and Booksellers. The event also offers meetings with Georgian authors, presentations of new books, children’s activities and special discounts for books lovers.

The goal of the Georgia’s publishing world and associations is to demonstrate and promote the importance of this day, as well as the cultural, social and also economical values of books and literacy.
