Human identity

This book deals with the meaning of the human identity and the problematic issues related to this nowadays. The author makes the proposition of an inescapable idea which can no longer be ignored: the possibility for  human beings to live together without being violent to other- different human beings. The other-different to us,  who is first of all and undoubtedly a human being like us.

Livia Profeti is a cultural journalist. She collaborated with the newspaper “Il Riformista” and now writes for the weekly “Left” and the newspaper “Terra”.  She specializes in modern and contemporary philosophy, she has devoted much research to the phenomenon of Nazism. Human Identity is her first book.
