Countdown to Il Salone Internazionale del Libro in Turin

We are just a few short weeks away from May 19th, when the 34th edition of Il Salone Internazionale del Libro opens in Turin. The Salone del Libro show promotes books and online and offline reading during the whole year in Turin, in Italy and in the world. To do so, the fair involves all the members of the book community: publishers, authors, booksellers, teachers and students, professionals and many readers. Salone del Libro has been organizing the largest Italian book fair for thirty-four years.

This year’s show features an expanded rights center: SalTo Rights Centre, where the business of publishing is enabled. This is the area within the Salone Internazionale del Libro that facilitates meetings between professionals of the editorial world, through the exchange of rights – publishing, translation and film and tv series production.
