Don’t judge a book by its cover, the saying goes, but that’s exactly what “BUONA LA PRIMA!” does. Roughly translating to “The first is good!”, the exhibition will feature 45 of the best Italian book covers published from September 2013-September 2014 “chosen and judged by those who know” and curated by Stefano Salis. As part of the Artelibro Art Book Festival, the exhibit runs from September 12 to October 12 at the Biblioteca d’Arte e di Storia di San Giorgio in Poggiale.
The two best covers will be recognized during a ceremony on September 21 at the Palazzo Re Enzo.
