The 57th edition of the Bologna Children’s Book Fair ended on May 7th, with a great success. More than 60.000 visitors, with over 400.000 visited pages, and 500 publishers registered on the Global Right Exchange Platform in only 4 days, for a total of 20.000 uploaded titles. The fair’s organizers cancelled the 2020 edition, which was supposed to take place in Bologna, from March 30 to April 2, due to the deadly spreading of the Coronavirus in many Italian northern regions.
Most of the content was available for free and for the first time, to the public
The BCBF TV also made available for streaming a program of webinar, talks, interviews with over 30.000 views.
