Top 5 Italian Schools in the World

On September 3, Accademia Italiana was recognized as one of the top 5 Italian schools in the world by the STM Star Awards, which recognize the best schools, agencies, tour operators, and educational organizations in the world. This is the fifth year that Accademia Italiana has been shortlisted for this award, after being noted for its quality and promotion of cultural tourism!

The Star Awards are unique in that the winning organizations are selected by their peers: educational organizations vote for their favorite partners in the industry, and vice versa. For the Italian language, the winner was Rome-based Accademia Studioitalia. The shortlist nominees are:

Linguaviva

Dilit – International House

Acccademia Italiana di Salerno

Scuola Leonardo da Vinci

The company, which will celebrate 20 years in business in 2017, is managed by Francesca Romana Memoli, who was quoted as saying that “Joining the STM Awards 2016 between the best 5 Italian School is an amazing experience and it is a great victory for all of us. This nomination, among the top 5 destinations for Italian language learning, proves that the efforts we have made in the promotion of the Italian language and of Salerno have been internationally recognized and rewarded by the tourism experts. Being shortlisted among the main educational organizations based in London, New York, Madrid, Berlin, Tokyo has confirmed that Accademia Italiana and the city of Salerno have great possibilities for growth.”

We congratulate Accademia Italiana on this exciting honor!
